South Park episodes are made a week in advance because they're done on computers. They're not like traditional animation that takes weeks/months for one episode.
They probably don't have anything actually done yet.

According to the offical south park studio webpage, Season 11 will not start to air until March 2007, So you have a couple of months still.

Hi, season 11 has been out a while now, but has yet to be shown in england.
They should get off their butts and release all the seasons over here in england in descent boxsets with lots of extras.

SouthPark isn't in the 11th season. They are in the second part of the 10th season.
