My friends who are getting married, just moved there, and I would like to get them a gift certificate as a wedding gift. (They plan to garden) Im also outside the area, but knowing Madison, would be suprised if they didnt have one.

There are quite a few organic businesses in the Madison area, but a full-out organic nursery...that's a difficult beast, simply because of the way plants are cultivated.

It is for a upcoming garden show. If you are looking for a native plant sort of place, The Prairie Nursery might be the ticket. They do GC and have a website, but are located a bit north of Madison (but certainly a fun day trip) in Westfield, WI.

on computer, check the yellow pages for Madison also query Better Business Bureau and Chamber of Commerce.
