I play viola in concerts, but im also in a rockband and i play my teacher's electric fiddle. I really want one, but they are really exspensive. My parents told me they would buy one, but only if i would be using it for the rest of my life becaause the dont want it to be a waste of money. What should i do?

You are the only one that knows if you are going to play the electric fiddle or not. Are you? If yes, then I would say let mom and dad purchase you one, a most generous offer.

Check out Elderly.com. This is a great music store located in East Lansing, Michigan. They usually have really great prices on instruments of any type. They even have instruments that I have never heard of. Elderly is a very reliable company and you should have no fear to order anything from them. The people are very helpful and want you happy. No, I don't work for them and t his is not an advertisement for them. My husband has been going to Elderly Music in East Lansing for 25 years now and they are great.

Good luck and enjoy your music.
