i knew a guy like this. he was very attractive, but he didnt like it when ever i made a comment about myself. (& i rarely ever do it)how unfair is that? btw, he had a sexual interest in me.

It could be masking insecurity but it could also be that the person literally thinks that they are better than everyone else.

That is too general of a statement for the answer to be either yes or no.
More practically, the answer is "it may be, and it may not be". His sexual interest in you has no factor in this.

btw....if a guy talks to you, he has a sexual interest in you (or one of your friends)....that's not saying much, it's just the way we're wired.
