Ok.
Im a level 10 knight with alot of high major skills.
i need orcish armor , and a REALLY NICE longsword, (not axe)
or anything thats better than orcish that i can weild and wear.
basically, i need the best stuff i can get for my level, and where can i get it?

The best Heavy Armor is Daedric, but that won't start showing up until you hit level 20. I think the best you can get now is Dwarven, and the best way to get that is to dungeon delve. Look for Mauraders, they usually have heavy armor.
Weapons follow the heavy armor types, but there are also good Glass and Elven Longswords.

The silver longsword works best for me sofar (level 13), You'll run into guys wearing orcish armor when you get a higher level.

Go find bandits or marauders. They scale to your level, and so does their equipment. You hit level 10, so you should be on the lookout for new equipment.
