Can people tell that you are biracial??

Question

i would like to know if anyone has this problem. i am half black and half italian but i look 100% black. i have 2 older brothers that have light skin, "good hair" and green and hazel eyes. if our features weren't soo similar people wouldn't believe that i was related to them at all. does anyone else have similar stories.

where inside of my first paragraph does it say that i am...
1. ashamed of being black?
2. trying to pass as something esle?
3. protesting because i am mixed?

i am damn proud of both of my races and i wish that those of you who make up extra sentences in your head to justify your points would please terminate your accounts so that those of us who actually make valid points and arguements or can agree to disagree with common sense can ask and answer questions in peace

I am half white and half black, and people think that I am half Spanish. Which is fine and all but that is not the case. So I have people coming up to me speaking Spanish and I have no idea what they are talking about...I should have paid more attention in class. lol

No one thinks that my brother is related to me.
I am very respectfull to others, and live my my life by a sesable motto, live and let live. I am very petite, (caucatuion, but VEY mixed with 10 nationalities) have been told that I have pixie face.


My brother l;ooks like a crazy monkey.
He has droopy eyes, and his ears stick out of his head like a monkey.
Don't think I'm a b*tch for saying this becasue my brother is actually a woman beater.
He has physically abused me for 14 years.
The last fight he almost broke my neck, as he was smashing my head into the tile floor, just for simply telling him <'i don't like gatoraid"

You know who your family is. Other people dont know, TOO BAD. They dont need to know. Let them know that siblings dont need to be to be twins.

people make all kinds of assumptions based on looks.
no, they cannot tell who your parents were or what they
looked like. not all brothers and sisters look a lot alike either.
one of my stories is that my hubby is black. his daughter is
biracial. the daddy of her son was a white blone and so
the grandbaby is really light and pretty much blonde.
when we go out together people assume that he is MY grandbaby and not my hubby's but it's actually the opposite.
ha ha ha. appearances don't tell the story.

I went to school with a bi racial family their older sister was very pale had "good hair" as you had called it and her three younger siblings looked 100% african american. Its just a matter of the gene make up i guess.

I am Puerto Rican and British. I am blonde and blue eyed. When I have a good tan I look something like my brother does naturally. Who knows.

My son is half Arab, half American..people always tell me he looks exotic. Funny thing he looks just like his dad in the face, but has light hair! My hubby and I both have black hair. Biracial is beautiful..I think it is the best of both worlds! Be proud! :o)

People used too I used to gorw out my hair to my waist when I relaxed it. Now I stopped relaxing my hair and people don't believe me when I say that I'm Domincan and Black.
