Simply by accident of fate, Martina was destined to be a role model for many more people, being non-heterosexual and half of what's likely to go down as the greatest rivalry in tennis history. Her comeback also gave her an in with a lot of older people who had never appreciated her during her prime.

Then again, Steffi has time. But as she's always seemed to be nore private, it's perfectly okay if she just does what she does.

Martina 'cause Steffi hasn't done as much for the game away from the court. Martina is simply more involved and has been at it longer.
