check to make sure both devices are visable and not hiden and make sure they are synced.. if you need help let me know i will edit my answer and tell you how to sync

Ok according to what you are telling me both are synced so they do recognise each other, atleast at the time of syncing.. for some reason some phones have a feature that allows the bluetooth to become visable for 30 seconds during synching but not again unless you have visable checked.. go into your SE menu and go to the connectivity area and check bluetooth, you should have like 3 options.. again click the bluetooth option and you should see one that says either "visability or hide phone" make sure it is NOT hiden. try again

if this doesnt work also check it on your comp the same way by going into the bluetooth settings there.. try again...

lastly if nothing else works and both devises are visable and not hidden and both are turned on and with in 30 feet from each other and synced then go to both of them and ask for a list of services.. that is normally in the bluetooth settings as well and sometimes just hitting refresh service list will fix it.. get back to me and let me know if any of that worked and if not well keep trying

first question ... what's your provider? I believe Verizon locks their bluetooth so you can't use it to transfer files.

Also, Does the phone recognize the computer and vice versa? Do you have the sony ericsson software installed on your computer?
