How do I connect a Video Recorder into my Computer, P.B. 5057?

What sort of lead would I need. I have what looks like a video-in & audio-in on the back of the tower unit. Can these be obtained from a local computer dealer?

You need a capture card.
I use the Hauppauge series & find them flawless in every way.
