He fired Marissa basically because the rest of her team thought that she should be fired.
The challenge was to create and sell a new dish at El Pollo Loco. Kinetic lost, Marissa was fired.
It should have been Heidi. I dont understand why the team would not have wanted to fire her for acting like she is the only reason they one the first two challenges.

Foreshawdowed from the very beginning that Marissa was biting the dust. I think it should have been Heidi and both Sean and Aarron didnt' think she should be fired either. Once it was all done tho, they did their Trump fanny kissing and agreed with him.

Trump acted like he was all tough and important because he's rich or something. Then he spent 30 minutes whining about Rosie Odonnel because he's a big baby. Then he fired someone.
