Look for a place together, that way is "your" home and not just "him" coming to live with "you". Whatever you do, don't stay near the ex, especially if she still loves him. Move as far away as possible from that ex! Just sit down and explain to him that you love him and that you're looking to take your relationship to the next level...and so on. Good luck!

I say have a nice conversation over dinner and discuss things. Discuss everything right up front. living arrangments, bills, household chores, pets, the ex-living next door....expectations, what to do if you should break-up...be logical and think things through and discuss without being overly emotional. By the end of the evening you both will know what you want to do.

Be very careful what you wish for...sounds like you have the best of both worlds to me. Once he moves in, he will think the place is 1/2 his, and it will be eventually IF the affair lasts long enough. Think before you act.

dont... firstly men really stink when they begin to live with u. when he meets u he most probably doesnt tell u abt his toilet habits and other things u dont wannt to know. and exes are scary. he may not have anything for her but having her around when u've just faught over the toilet seat is an explosion about to happen.

how about you two find a separate place together. Because you looked together and moved into it together, it will be more of both of your place, rather than him living in "your" house.
