only if you have no money in your paypal account and it has to go to the credit card for money....and then I believe it will only state paypal.

It could if your checking account linked to PayPal does not have enough funds for the transaction. If that is the case, then the credit card number you provided as a back-up funding source will be used.

Not directly. The charge to PayPal will show up, but after that the money is in the PayPal account

It depends on what you used to set up your account. I have both my bank account and check card account on it, it comes right out of my bank account says paypal on the statement. Simple. I would assume all transactions thru your credit card would come up on your bill.
