We put our son down between 8:30 and 9 p.m. If he does wake up in the middle of the night, its usually around 4. So, I feed him and then he goes right back to sleep until about 7 a.m.
Our son was sleeping around 7:30 too and he was waking up every 3 hours. So, I changed his nap times during the day...his latest nap would be at 4 which allowed me to change his bedtime to after 8 o'clock. Basically, the later we put him down, the later he would wake up in the middle of the night, if at all...
I hope this helps!
Good luck!

My 5 month old usually goes down for the night at about 9. He still doesn't sleep thru the night though, he is usually up again around 2 and then about 5. I have been in a constant state of exhaustion since he was born, as I am also a working mom.

My son was in bed at the same time 7:30 but if you are finding that she is up to early try slowly pushing her bed time back start at 15 min intervals, and do that for a few days and then another 15 min and so on till she is sleeping later
Hope this helps

My almost 5-month-old son goes to bed at 9pm and wakes up between 7-9am. He's been doing that since he was 6 weeks old so I think I am just lucky... ! :s
About an hour before I put him down for the night I try not to stimulate him too much or excite him, just cuddle him a bit or give him a feed to calm him.
Then I put him in his cot & switch off the lights, sing to him then leave the room. That way I think he has learnt to settle himself, he certainly sleeps better than he did when I used to leave the hall light on.
Hope you get a good night's sleep soon..! :)

And wakes up at 8 to watch sesame street!

This became very such as our time table from 3-5 months - thoroughly dictated through my daughter. Now at 6 months she appears to be like slicing her morning nap from 7:30-9 or 9:30 and drowsing for an hour or hour and a 0.5 for one in all her 2 afternoon naps (quite of the similar old 0.5-hour). little ones at this age go with about 14.5 hours of sleep, provide or take. the vast majority of it will be at nighttime with naps in the course of the day as had to get them by ability of - and the dozing time table will determination searching on the desires of the youngster. If she is getting a minimum of round 14.5 hours of sleep an afternoon, you're fantastic!

My 4.5 mo old is going to sleep anywhere from 8-9 and will wake up anywhere from 7:30-8:30. There really isn't a "normal" time because every baby is different...My son has been sleeping through since 2 mo, just got lucky I guess.......

he goes to bed around 730-800 and gets up around 600-ish. but, he's been like that since birth almost, so i can't really guage anything different. sometimes he'll sleep longer and a few times he's gotten up earlier. it's always with a great big grin on his face though! love him!!!!!!!!
