The Japanese version of "The Ring"... I didnt like it much I thought it was boring... except the part where the girl comes out of the tv(really creepy)... Who enjoyed this movie?

I did enjoy it and I think it is better than the English version.
Actually, there are a lot of debates going on about which is better between the two. And what I've learned from that debate, is that whichever you see first, will be the one that you most probably like better.
I think this is true to me because part of the movie's greatness is that you do not expect things to happen, and you'll just be surprised to the scenes to come. But when you have a history of seeing other versions, everything will be spoiled. Since the english and the japanese version are almost the same.
