call your local news paper office. AND DON'T DO IT !!!
YOUR FATHER OR RELATIVE WILL NOT BE HAPPY IN THE FUTURE !!!!
their office will you give you any information. i was a paperboy myself. i enjoyed the contacts. make sure that when collecting the money, that they ( office ) collect the money. there are hard people out there. some don't want to pay. some move away, with no payment. and they may hold you responsible. its like any other businee. cover your self. good luck. a friend.
