me and my friends talk about things that we keep just between us guys. the thing is though, my friend, whatever i tell him, he goes and blabs it to his girlfriend. his girlfriend then sometimes asks me about things i have told him. shouldnt conversations between guys just be kept between guys?

While it is important to be honest in a relationship, I agree that it is untactful to share certain things with certain people. Perhaps it would be better if you started confidential conversations with a phrase like "K, this is just between you and me, right? But see..." or something similar. That often ensures that the person you are talking to gets the message that he is not to tell anyone else. Also, if you are further paranoid that he might blab, you could end the conversation with "but you can't tell ANYBODY about that okay?" If he continues to blab things, even after you have held him in exclusive confidence, then you simply cannot trust him anymore with those types of conversations.

girls have a just between the girls too. Or a "it doesn't leave this room" kinda thing and i think being your "friend" it should stay wherever you guys decide to keep it. You obviously didnt want him to tell anyone else. And if she is asking you about it then she is more than likely breaking a "please don't tell him i told you" kinda thing.

Most guys do not discuss what they talk about with their friends. Maybe this one needs to be told that what you tell him stays between you guys and is not to be shared with his girlfriend. Maybe he just doesn't have anything else to talk to her about.

All guys do their talking together and most guys in good relationships tell their gf about everything. The problem isn't your buddy because that's normal, the problem is his girl, she needs to keep her nose out of stuff that is not told directly to her.
Tell your buddy that if he's going to be telling her everything he also needs to tell her to stay out of it.

Yes i think that it should be kept between guys. i mean and i am a girl. i dont like hear ing what guys say to each other inles they are talking good about me.

sounds like your friend is a blabber mouth, that kind of mouth could get you in a lot of trouble. if i were you since you tell him stuff and he goes rats it out then you shouldn't tell him anything anymore because what if its something big how can you trust him with it.
