I use roll on quite often because you can't see it when I have on sleeveless shirts and it dosen't come off on my clothes, for the most part. I use stick deodorant too, but mostly when I am going to work out, or do something where I know I will need a little extra than what a roll on can give.

I mostly use Dove powder fresh roll on or Arm & Hammer powder fresh roll on. I prefer the roll on because it's not sticky or thick feeling and it doesn't leave any residue on my clothes. Spray isn't environmentally pleasant because it is aerosol. in my view, I choose roll on, yet stick is better when you're wearing some thing darkish and do not go with a deodorant line throughout you once you get your blouse on.
