I think Callie will say yes and maybe Cristina will take some time to think about that...(but i hope she will say yes too)

I think Callie will say no, because she probably feels like George is just doing this out of grief for his Dad. As for Cristina, I hope she says yes, but I really don't know. I don't even think she will answer on the next episode. She will probably take some time to think it over.

McSteamy...but only because he doesn't have that attitude off screen...and man, is he easy on the eyes;) Dempsey isn't unattractive either. But if I had to...
Your second question - in real life they are both happily married. On screen, I think you won't see either of them marrying any time soon.
