I am doing a report for school. It's supposed to be on several topics. I wanted to know what some good history sites were. I am looking for site that have American History, History about school events, and just all over events that have happened all over the world. I would like to keep it to one or 2 sites that have a whole lot of information.

Thanks!

By the way, looking up these sites on your own would have taken you a mere five minutes...

Ward's Book of Days provides an observation on each of the days of the year. Here you will find 366 (remember, there is an extra day in Leap Year) anecdotes of an event that took place on this day at some time in history.
