On what basis have you come to this conclusion? Unless you have spoken to every single person in the world to see how smart they are and then worked put which is the smartest race, there is no way that you can say that white people are the smartest people of all the races because you haven't spoken to every single person. It funny you say that since you still living in the stone ages. Maybe its because society is set up for the minorities to fail. You get the better education, you get the better jobs, you get off with more crimes all because your white. It doesn't mean your smarter you just have good perks that come with being white. Now I'm black, white and Indian. If I had to choose a smarter nationality i would definitely say ASIAN.

truth is they arent. u should see the number of non white people working in the top most scientist positions even though they come from extremely poor countries... it is just about access to information. the developed countries have more choices in terms of what they want.
