i posted this in the gambling section but no one responded so i thought i would try it here....i was told by someone who works at the convience store that every 7th ticket is a winner and that the lottery puts the majority of big winning tickets at the end of the roll. anyone else heard this?
the reason i ask is there is a town here in georgia that a guy has won several million off of scratch offs within the last 4 years...could he have an accomplice that is helping him win?

I highly doubt that's true. Cause in NJ I have won twice in a row. And sometimes every other ticket. The guy winning probably was just luck of the draw.
