I owned a 100cc scooter, i could get max about 50mph on a flat road with the wind behind me although generally 40 - 45mph was the most it would do

I am a biker of quite a few years and I can't get this obsession on 70 or 100 cc how fast
Little bike is not going to be fast but to me the issue is to get there not necessarily in record time but in one piece
So now I ask the question. Why do you need to know

about 50 mph. I used to have a 100 cc vespa and i couldnt get it to go much faster than that

Generally, it's one mph per cc. A 70 cc scooter goes 70 mph. A 100 cc scooter goes 100 mph.

about 32fps when dropped from a multi storey car park.
that's the fastest you'll ever get out of it.
