Im in California.

im a license rider and riding for 4 years, but i dont remember about the laws conserning a passenger. the reason im asking is becasue my 14 year old cousin wants to ride with me and im not sure if its legal or not.

some states there is a minumum age, other's not. usually if the passenger can at least reach the pegs they're legal. minor's would need to have a helmet in most states, and it's manditory. rider must be licensed.

in ur case, ur fully legal to ride ur cousin. since ca is a lid state, both of u have to have yer helmet on....but u already knew that part. hehe :)

Is this a question about the age of the passenger of the age of the driver ? The driver would have to have a motorcycle license, not a permit. permit holders are not allowed to carry passengers.

Age is not the concern. The passanger must be able rest his/her feet on the foot pegs.

i don't beleive there is any age limit,
as long as your passenger can safely reach the pillion foot pegs,
you should be fine

right now there are No age limits in your state.
