Should I call the 1-800 to complain or will it make a difference? I've had these cookies millions of times and have never experienced this before. What makes it worst is the cookies were on sale, so did they know and not care?

Once, I bought a hersheys candy bar from a vending machine. It was writhing with insect larvae. I send the whole moldering mess to them and they send me "for free" coupons for everything they make.

They will care. Call the number on the back of the package or mail them the cookies to the address on the back and they will either give you a refund or another packet.
