Many different things can throw your period out of whack. Stress, losing weight, pregnancy.... I would take a pregnancy test first to be sure, and then maybe talk to your doctor about birth control pills. Then you can protect yourself from an unwanted pregnancy and your period will be on a regular schedule. Just remember only condoms protect from STDs.

stress can do it to you for sure!
excersise can too.
are you on birth control? cause if you are and missed a day or what not that could put you off track.
other than that i wouldnt worry too much just wait another week and if it hasnt started go get a home pregnancy test!

Could be lots of things. You need to give more info on what is different and what your old cycles were before this change occured before we can help you out.

it could be stress or different diet, weight gain/loss, birth control-- if you just started it, missed one, or just stopped it--- but i would take a pregnancy test just to be sure-- good luck!

its possible or you could have a hormonal imbalance stress or extreme weight loss can cause period delay
