Plane. Because visiting family in FL from Indiana is too long of a car ride. The drive from the move last year was exhausting. When we visit we always fly.

It really depends on what I am doing. Planes are nice because of the speed of travel. But roadtrips can be a lot of fun also. When driving, you see a lot more.
So, if I have time constraints, plane. If plenty of time, then car.

I like Helicopters. No traffic signals to deal with. However, if I'm going to another state or country some of the options you gave are not possible.
