You are not going to believe me what I want to tell you.
One thing about believe in God. I had witness to someone who used to have the same problem like you.
I was working for this company with this boy. The boy that used to has that problem. Everyday his brother had to drop him off early every morning because he didn’t have a car. One morning my car broke down, and someone had to drop me off early also. I was read my Bible to wait for times to start working. He was asleep the other table behind me. I had my back toward him. Over sudden I heard the noise, I turned back to see to what it was- there it was nothing. When I turn back, again and again-that noised. After while, I think the boy played a plank on me, so I stood up and looking at him sleeping. Then I heard that banging noise from where he was at, without moving. I went over to woke him up, and asked him if he ever have a problem sleeping at home (Didn’t know what to say to him at that moment). That when he shared his burden to me-just like you just did to us. He said it was last him over two years already. Because I am a Christian and he is not (at that time), I asked him if he wants me to pray for him. I rebuked what ever, that day, and prayed for him. The next morning I asked him about his sleep that night. He said, “ I was sleep like a log last night.” He never has that problem again after that day. If you believe this story then it’s not hurt to go find you a pastor that believe in this power pray, and willing to pray with you or for you. I am, personally don’t mess with stuff unless it right in front of me. I am just a litle woman who believe in God, nothing much.
Your problem might not the same of him because there were times when I keep stayed up late to studying and doing my homework, I went to bed in the morning and sleeping all day. Then I couldn’t sleep at night. Sometime when I worried about the test or something then I couldn’t sleep either. My problem won’t last because I pray and talk to God a lot. I hope you can do something to your sleep and have you a good night sleep soon.

i had some similar issues with sleep for a long time. when i had my son it got much better, but i don't recommend a baby to help your insomnia. i would try a sleep aid just for a few nights to get you on a sleep schedule. don't come to rely on them though. when you have a good 8 hours you can take it about half an hour before you want to go to bed...then get in bed and read a book until you feel sleepy. if you watch TV or get online you will make it harder on yourself. after a few days try the same routine without the sleep aid. if you are still having problems you can see your doctor for some more structured help. good luck.

Take some type of over-the-counter sleep aid. Just go to your local drug store, pick some up, and then you'll be out for the count! ;)

i agree with Miss. though i have insomnia. if you cant sleep after relaxing you might need to ask a doctor about a safe nonaddictive sleep aid.
