I really struggle with job interview questions, they can be so random and with my nervousness during the interview I have a hard time thinking up clever answers under pressure. Please help me, AND No! I CAN'T picture them naked. :)

The best thing to do is prepare ahead of time. Think of all the questions they could ask you about yourself and your experience and practice answering them. Have someone you know interview you and get used to saying your answers. When interviewing with human resources, they'll probably ask you more general questions like: Why do you want to work here? What are your weaknesses? What are your strengths? Why did you leave your last job? Where do you see yourself in ten years? That kind of thing. But if you're interviewing with someone from the actual department you'd like to work in, they'll probably ask more about your past experience and why you think you'd be a good fit for this particular job.

Also, do your research about the company. For example, when I was interviewing for book publishing jobs, I made sure I knew which books they published and was familiar with some of their authors. Have a few questions of your own prepared. For example, let's say you're interviewing at a radio station and you just read in the paper that they just acquired another station. You might say, "I heard that you recently acquired WREF. Will that affect the show format at all?" Just intelligent questions that show that you are really interested in the company. The best interviews can sometimes be when you turn the tables and ask your interviewer a bunch of questions.

And finally, just keep in mind that while you do need a job, they need you too! So go in there with kind of a mental attitude that says, "Why should I work for you?" Don't say that, of course, but confidence and friendliness go a long way. All things being equal, a lot of places hire the person they think they could get along with the best. So smile and relax!

Ur not suppose to be nervous, you should be as comfortable as they are. Don't slouch, lean forward a little bit, maintain eye-contact(not too much) Don't look to your right because they know you are lying when answering a question. Look up to remember something. Shake hands and repeat their name when they say it to you.

Just go by what you know, what you've done in the past, what were some good things and bad things about past-employment. Tough decisions you may have had to make. Why are you a good candidate for the job you are applying.

Be honest and friendly! DONT LIE!

I've been in interviews that were 2 to 1 to try to imtimidate us and I bet I intimidated them :) It's good to be nervous but not TOO nervous. If you have to go to your local career center and take a course on preparing for Job Interviews. Good luck to you! Knock em' dead!
