My Ipod always deletes my songs that i have on it and it's my good ones to it to Kashmir and spanish castle magic off of the just added is my Ipod juck or somting

It is probably in automatic synch mode. Switch to manual (go to preferences) and then you can control what is in and what is out

That used to happen to me, but it would delete songs I almost never played.
Try backing up your library and downloading the newest software for your ipod.
