Fair Mindy - unless ye have untold treasure troves, NYC may have ye walking the plank before too long. The rents be highway robbery in those parts. And the business be cutthroat. Most restaurants/shops don't last a year or two - even with an excellent gimmick or quality. Fairly warned ye be! Hope to see you on tv - those landlubbers won't let ye keep yer boot buckles or yer polly, though...
