I'd say - "I'll be back" from Terminator for 'one liners'. Monty Python & the Holy Grail for multiple quotes..er...many silly sentences from one film.

C'mon how many times have you had to listen to someone do the whole "Royale with cheese" bit. As a matter of fact, my boyfriend was quoting Pulp Fiction not too long ago today.
I saw someone mention Boondock Saints, I think most people who have seen that know the prayer by heart so that's going on the list too.

In our case, at least, there are many. Road House (Be nice until it is time to not be nice), D.C. Cab (Watch out fool, else my hair won't turn out right), Pulp Fiction (Would you give a guy a foot massage?), the Kill Bills (Oh, and for the record, letting someone think that someone they love is dead when they're not is quite cruel), Reservoir Dogs ( swear on my mother's eternal soul that's what happened), Trees Lounge (What career?), etc.
