You can find the anti censor at the first link. As far as your other requests, you have to be 18 and over to access them, but I also provided two sites that have excellent non-barbie skins for your sims. At the second site, you can also find a penis hack by crammyboy, and many other great hacks and objects.
On the third link, look for a guy named Warlokk, who did a 'body shape project." He created body shapes for women from a to triple d cups and different hips sizes (mod the sims 2 also has these body shapes in the body mesh section). There are also non-barbie skins made for all the different sizes. Also look for content by Marvine and Beosboxboy. They created body builder men and women. Amazing stuff!. Then again, everything there is amazing.

They have some at peggysims2.com and as for the blur, because of that guy freaking out, there is no longer a cheat to remove the blur, but if you search maybe modthesims2.com you'll probably be able to find a patch to remove it. If you can't find naked skins at peggysims then modthesims2 will probably have some.

You cant really see their stuff because it is just a little bump but try ctrl-shift-c then type in intprop censorgridsize 0
