No. Their designated route is never the same as their area of residence. Another mailman or woman who resides in another area delivers their mail to keep the confidentiality of the first mailworkers neighbors.

No they are sent to different areas, as to keep confidentiality of their neighbours therefore they wont be able to mail themselves.. there own mail lol
