The people of Luxembourg are the Richest with 2ce the amount the US get, also Norway, Switzerland, and Sweden, perhaps germany also get more on average, its just america is so big that is dominates alot of the market, not for much longer, the country peaked in the 60's and has been going down since the kennedy assasinations, but it has tumbled faster in recent years
