I think this is kind of a trick question.

It seems like there should only be one EQUILATERAL pentagon with perimeter 25, and that would be the "regular pentagon" with sides of length 5.

However, since "pentagon" TECHNICALLY means "ANY geometric shape with 5 sides", there is one other equilateral pentagon: the "regular pentagram" or 5-pointed star.

(Note that the pentagram with perimeter 25 will be smaller than the pentagon with perimeter 25, not like the picture in the link below.)
