I have gone through this same situation. As you get older your body (especially your reproductive system) changes constantly. My periods are much, much lighter than they used to be before I started sleeping with my hubby. Just remember...if the doctors didn't find anything to be alarmed about, then it is probably nothing. You will have some heavier than others, and some will come late. i have some friends who have also gone through this. It's normal.

Home pregnancy tests are often not accurate until 4 weeks after the last period. Did the doctor suggest repeating the blood test in a couple of weeks...3 days late is AWFULLY early to check. yes, she Could be pregnant. you say, you do want a baby but she is doing things she should not do if she is pregnant. Does not sound like she is sincere in wanting a baby Any time there ia a remote possibility of pregnancy, those RISKY behaviors must stop immediately...better not to be doing them when there is the possibilitiy of getting pregnant. It is in those EARLY days and weeks that damage can be done to the fetus. If you guys are ready t be parents, you need to be ready to start acting like parents before pregnancy occurs...to protect the fetus. You may not have a straight answer about pregnancy untli 4 weeks after the last period

okay first that is not a quick question at all. but it's a good question i know people that have been pregnant and it has taken well in to the pregnancy to get the right answer. my mom being one of them she was 5 months before he blood test said she was pregnant. so if you feel like something is up be demanding and get the answers you need lie if need be and say that she hasn't had any bleeding for the time that she had the light bleeding to get a new doctor to have to perform the ultrasound. try to stay calm though because this could all be stress which can make girls just go physically go nuts. good luck

While blood tests are the most accurate method to determine pregnancy, you can get a false negative, especially if she is having an ectopic pregnancy. This is where the egg fertalizes in the fallopian tube instead of the uterus. She could be having "funny feelings" and think she is pregnant because of this. She could also be having other "female" problems that would cause her period to be lighter. She needs to go back to her doctor and request further tests, including an ultrasound. Good luck to you both.

If the blood test was negative she's probably not pregnant. However, if she is, Mother Nature has a way of taking care of things that happen before a woman knows she's pregnant, like drinking. In the first couple of weeks the baby is just a ball of cells kinda floating around in there. In other words,it hasn't implanted and connected with your fiancee's blood stream.Don't worry!

Many things can effect her cycle. Stress, change in work, eating habits, and yes even weather. If she started working out, or increased her workout that will effect it as well. I do suggest to see a doctor just to make sure there are no "major" issues. During the holiday seasons this a common issue. Also if you were her first, her body is adjusting as well. I'm not sure of her age, but that is well possible. We (women) do a change at 30ish, plus the big one Menopause. I wouldn't worry to much, but do get it checked out by her OBGYN, so you don't worry.

wait one more month and go see your doctor again! but if you got a blood test back say it is neggitve! it could just be her emotions! i know they can get the best of any female for anyreason at any time!
kudo's to my man! :)
stress plays a LARGE part as well! so find out if your girl is stressed talk to her and both need to communicate and let any stressores out! that can put a female into a "False pregnancy"
EG: when i first did it i was so worried i would get busted my mom and that i was prego.. that i stop 100% from my montly cycle even more worried and stressed I said to self! F it if that's how it goes then that's how it goes! once the stress left me i started and was not prego!
:)
Best wishes

No. She is not pregnant. After THAT many tests, it's pretty darn conclusive that she isn't pregnant.
Don't worry. She sounds fine. All kinds of things can cause a period to be late as well as discomfort in that area of her body. This is extremely normal and happens all the time.
She'll be fine. I promise.

You know she could be pregnant but with the tests you have had done...highly unlikely, maybe there is some other issue...the one common normal thing about periods...they are not always normal.
I would highly reccomend she a see a doc....wierd periods can be a sign of other things...good luck...don't worry, probably not pregnant...goood luck.

Blood test will be able to show you if she is pregnant or not, if it came out negative it is most likely that she is not pregnant, but it never hurts to have another BLOOD Test at her Dr. office.
