I am not totally sure, but I believe you just have to be there for the inspection. My suggestion would be to find a insurance adjuster to talk to. I have looked into a couple of career fields that I found interesting, then contacted someone in the field, asked about their job, what it requires, etc. Another option is to call the school or licensing board to find out exactly what the job entails. Best of luck.

I will tell you that when I was looking into buying a house and the insurance company came by to see the house. Before they gave us insurance they just looked at the roof then waited to see the inspection report.
