Okay, first you said California county fairs. Is that what you meant, or did you mean Los Angeles County? If you want all CA, you need to go to Google.com or somewhere and get a list of all the counties in CA then research them.

Go to the L.A. county fair site or the Orange County site. The fairs are usually in September. Theres all sorts of info there.
