I'm not exactly sure what you're asking? What help do you need? The equations are:

Slope= (y2-y1)/(x2-x1) or rise/run

point slope equation
m=slope
point = (x1,y1)

(y-y1) = m(x-x1)

slope intercept
m=slope
b=y intercept

y=mx+b

Please explain what it is that you need help with.

Slope formula

m = y₂- y₁/ x ₂- x₁

Point slope form

y - y₁= m(x - x₁)

Slope Intercept form

y = mx + b

- - - - - - -- -s-
