First of all, NO-One can use you unless "you" allow them to. Second if you are working, learn to budget your money. Sit down and add up all of your bills and how much you make each week/monthly however. Hopefully you make enough to pay your bills. If not you are gonna have to let some extras go. Most Bill collectors will not harass you as long as you are trying to make some kind of effort to pay them back. And most important of all. Work on your self esteem, if you stop letting people use you and looking for Losers, I promise you Life will get better.

Like how? how are they using you? if people are borrowing and not paying you back this is WRONG and IF it is over a thousand bucks you need to get that money back! if they need a loan for that amount or higher then you agree to it ONLY if they sign a promissory note that is notarized and they are then legally bound to PAY you back within a certain time frame with or without interest that is YOUR choice or simply SAY NO to them period! it's worse if it's a family member!!

job link.(your state).gov is a great site to help you find a job or to train you for one. as for managing your money. open a bank account. put almost every thing into a savings only account where you have to go to th bank to draw the money out. out of sight out of mind. then you won't spend as much. and you can honestly tell others you don't have the CASH on you to give them.
