Most likely your shocks and or struts need replacing.

OK, I'll take a stab at it. Is it more pronounced after it rains? If so, I'm going to say the ball joint are perhaps dry. Even with the ball joint boots in good shape, they can go dry. If you have determined the shocks and other suspension parts are OK. Then see if you have grease fittings on the ball joints ( some cars do, some don't). If yours does, then squirt some grease in them. If not, a quick fix for the ball joints would be to pierce the boots with just a small enough hole to spray some aerosol white lithium grease into the boots using the tube that usually comes with the
can. ..If the boots are shot...replace the ball joints.

Bad strut bearings allow metal to metal contact and generally show up with extreme suspension loading and unloading as when happens on speed bumps.

i bet your shocks or struts are squeaking. mine does that. I also need some work done on it. upper A-frame bushing is shot. good luck.

probably needs new stabilizer bar and control arm bushings.
