Did Jeff Van Gundy (former NY Knicks coach) ever appear on Seinfeld?

In the Seinfeld episode where Kramer is a decoy in a police lineup for $50, is Jeff Van Gundy also in the lineup? Van Gundy was the New York Knicks coach at the time, so a cameo in a show set in NYC would make sense. I can't find any record of this on imdb.com or other sites with tv credits.

I've seen an episode where they were at a Knicks ball game so he could've been shown, maybe even Rick Pitino could've been seen in the background if he was coaching then.

I saw that line-up episode the other night and thought the same thing. A dead ringer other than the reddish hair.
