Actually, very little, even though da Vinci was fluent in the use of mathematics in his engineering studies. He just didn't make any original contributions to the field of mathematics. Maybe some work in perspective geometry?

It's true that a lot of classroom studies about Leonardo da Vinci's supposed contributions to mathematics are largely trumped up, confusing the USE of mathematics with original contributions to it. Virtually none of his works are cited in later papers in mathematics, except those explaining his use of it.
