what if someone doesn't want to be irish? or if they're, say, italian? italians can't be irish, can they? someone please clear this up for me.

NO only Irish are Irish, the rest are Iwish

no everyone of legal age just drinks on st. patricks day which is exactly what the irish do to celebrate.
