If I had a choice, I would be straight for obvious reasons. The biggest of all reason so that I would be accepted by Princess LuLu (lol). But I'm not going to be reborn so I enjoy and like the person that I am.

If you mean if I were "born again" then yes I would still be gay. There was just an article in "Out" magazine this month on virgin gay evangelicals -- waiting for the right man.
I belong to a non-evangelical Church, I believe in Christ, but consider the Bible to be mythic. (as are all holy books) faith in Christ has to do with Christ, not a book. We on the other hand do not think sex is evil -- so I suppose that my religious experience doesn't count. (don't try, I rather suspect I know more about your core faith than you do -- no offense).
Regards,
Reynolds Jones

If society is the way it is today, I would rather be reborn straight cos I'm sick of their crap and the laws aren't protecting me to begin with. If I could be straight now, I would want to, cos I don't want to be judged anymore.

well duh! Why would I want to be less than perfect? Of course I would be Gay. It must be more than obvious to even idiots that being Gay is superior to being straight...otherwise, why would there have to be all this "taboo" and "sin" attached to it? If it were not better, no one would be gay in the long run, would they? And I am just using the striaight concept of"choice" here...If it were a choice, and it were NOT better than being straight, why would anyone choose to be gay! My argument makes much more sense than others I have seen. Be Gay! Of course I would choose to be Gay were I given the choice...I wasn't given a choice, I just lucked out! God is good

As a Buddhist I am sure I will be back - and would certainly come back as a lesbian (if I had the choice).
Why? Well, I am enjoying it enormously this time around (even with all the hate generated by so many people on this site).

I used to ask myself the same question... and I used to think that I would pick to be straight due to all the thing we have to go through but now I would pick being the same way I am now because all these things I went through have made me a stronger person.

Yes, I would. I like who I am now and wouldn't change a thing, I only wish I had come out sooner than I did. Everything happens for a reaon.

Personally, I think I already DID make that decision. I can see certain ways in which it has shaped my life, and I wouldn't change that. I can only assume that that spiritual part of my self has seen that and possibly more, and thus ...here I am.
