Is it normal to have a large labia that pertrudes out of the outer labia??

Perfectly normal. There's enormous variation from one person to another. It's probable that you've got higher estrogen levels than many other women.

The labia usually change greatly at puberty. Then again at menopuase. At menopause many women find that the labia atrophy away almost entirely. Some women find they fuse together at menpause and have to rub on estrogen cream regularly to keep them open.

Enjoy what you have and don't worry about it.

yes, everyones body is different. I have seen that people get surgery if they think their labia is too big, and it can cause discomfort during sexual intercourse. so if you dont have a problem with it I wouldnt worry about getting surgery done. your normal!!!
