In Grand Theft Auto Vice City (PS2 platform), what is the best way to Waste the Wife?

I have been totally unsuccessful in trying to complete this mission (going on 2 years!). Once you hit her car once, she drives about 200 mph and it is near impossible (at least for me) to keep up with her and be able to hit her car enough times for it to blow up.

Get into a Banshe/ Cheetah or any of those other fast cars and ram her but, be careful not to lose her. I would recommend the Rhino Tank, but you're supposed to make it look like an accident and the tank would total her car. Good luck!
