Guys what did he meant?

I know a friend I used to love him much but he said he likes me – after some time he asked me to be his girl friend. and he said y cant we enjoy each other and see what happens- really like u.
What could that mean i am confused ?!!! what to do

baby girl, he's after one thing only. if you're interested in him still, just date him, see how it goes. but i have a feeling that once he has what he wants, you'll get left behind broken.
