Because if you're talking about George W. then I'd have to say him, he actually managed to convince the majority of the American population that he was actually going to do something good for this country, and then he screwed everybody, over, and somehow managed to make Americans think he could fix everything, so they voted for him again. Clearly he was unable to fulfill any of that, but since so many Americans thought he actually was going to, I'd have to say he's a damn good actor. For some reason he still continues to act like he's solving our problems.

Hey, Bush isn't fooling anyone. He is starting to look like a deer in the headlights. He has failed miserably at everything he's ever done so I wouldn't expect him to be able to act any better than he can govern.
