Why can't Britney Spears kids be taken away?

Because she has money. If this was another 25 year single mom going out partying every night and leaving her kids with baby sitters all day CPS(Child Protective Services) they would be paying her a visit. I've actually known this to happen before. It happened to my friends sister. Britney is irresponsible and childish. She's too worried about getting her career back and going out partying trying to look sexy than put her kids first. I believe she only had kids because it was the "it" thing to do in Hollywood at the time. Now she sees that it's hard work to be a mom and have a career at the same time.

while i do feel badly for the children, and i despise britney spears as a person, i think she's making the very common mistakes that most first time moms make and it's unfortunate that when she trips over something on the street, millions of people around the world see it and think that she's a bad mother. if anything, the fact that she goes out and parties the way that she does and leaves her children at home with a nanny is a good thing. she is EXTREMELY stressed out (you have no idea how hard it is to be a single mom of two infants) and she is able to let loose and relax a bit. there are thousands of other very young mothers that party and leave their kids home alone, or with other children that are not responsible enough to take care of themselves let alone be responsible for other children. while i don't agree with all of her actions, she is at least acting somewhat responsibly and i do with the media would just give her some space. no one is BORN a good mother, we all make mistakes and she'll figure it out and she'll be just fine. give her a break, would ya??

why should she have her children taken away? to appease you because youre jealous of her? it is a lot better for children to be with their parents than in a foster home. she spends her nights away for a short time? lots of people do that and they get babysitters. the media distorts her time away. as far as some of the bad things she has done, she is a showgirl. what do you expect? she makes her money that way.
